THINK SIDEWAYS

 13 MAY 26  / 9:30 - 18:00 / Norrsken House Barcelona

You already know how your industry thinks. We believe the most interesting conversations happen when you dare to step outside of it. As part of our Her/o event series,  we're hosting our biggest event yet, bringing together 100+ women from different industries; because lateral thinking and cross-pollination are how innovation actually moves forward.

This is a full-day unconference where this mix is intentional. It's designed for founders and fund managers, scientists and creatives, corporate leaders and sharp operators to step out of your day-to-day, and step into a network of top-tier women.

Under the theme of 'Think Sideways' you can expect talks, workshops, roundtables and fireside chats running in parallel across four stages with topics such as - executive leadership, venture funding, AI, deeptech, women's health, sport, and policy. But it's not all content all day long.

Tickets includes a 'work zone' and a seated networking lunch.

Spots are limited. Energy won't be.

WHAT IS HERO DAY?

HER/O Day is the annual flagship of the HER/O series, a collaboration between Norrsken House Barcelona and HearstLab.

What started as quarterly breakfasts bringing together 50 women in tech has become one of the most interesting intersections in Barcelona's ecosystem. Past sessions have featured Elisenda Bou-Balust (Cala AI, ex-Apple), Fiona Garvey (CEO, Softonic), Anna Cejudo (Founderz), Katya de Freedericksz (SheRise) and leaders from Boost Capital Partners, SheAI and beyond.

This is the next step. Bigger room. More stages. Deeper conversations. Same conviction: when you put sharp, ambitious people together across disciplines, amazing things happen.
