Impact can be hard to measure, but it's not impossible. The good news: the impact investment market is set to reach $4.5 trillion by 2030.
But only to those who you can prove it. In this session, you will learn the fundamentals of impact measurement and management for your business. Impact measurement is all about understanding how your organization is creating change as relates to specific societal or planetary problems. It also encompasses the footprint created from the delivery of your product and service.
In this expert-led workshop Dr. Lisa Hehenberger Director of Esade Center for Social Impact is joined by special guest Jeremy Nicholls, the Assurance Framework lead for the UNDP SDG Impact Standards. Together they will explore how to effectively set impact objectives, defining KPIs, collecting relevant data, devising systems to monitor and track progress, and ways to integrate learnings into how you manage your business.
